A bundt cake, which is really just like an oversize muffin baked in a fancy pan, is easy to whip up. The booze bath helps keep it fresh.

We’re having rack of lamb and french fries for dinner tomorrow, ending with chocolate mousse. Figured if you’re going off the map, might as well go all the way! Happy Thanksgiving to you guys!!
I prefer not doing traditional stuff for Thanksgiving, because I don’t really like turkey all that much. This year, we’re going to visit some friends in Cincinnati — she is an outstanding chef, so it doesn’t really matter what we eat, it’s going to be good. I’m excited!
